We generally have a multiple staff available during office hours to answer your call, but they are reqularly all on the phone. If unanswered please leave a message, including your Booking Reference number, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can during office hours.
For new Enquiries:
It is prefferable to use the Quote Form on our website to ensure we get all the info we need to quickly provide you with accurate pricing. If leaving a phone message please provide as much detail as is possible.
Our response time for New enquiries is typically around one business day, but may be a little longer at busier times, especially on Mondays.

Because we have Customer service staff in both QLD and NSW there will be some Public Holidays not shared by both states where we will not be closed but will have only part of the customer service staff working. on these days it may be harder to contact us by phone and it is recommended that you use our website Enquiry form for new enquiries or email for follow up enquiries.

After hours contacts regarding Animals already aboard.
For an after hours enquiry regarding an animal currently on board or due to be collected please contact the relevant driver directly on the mobile number provided in your confirmation messages or as per the details provided to you at the time of Booking.
Please note that if you are receiving a pet, the number you have been provided is for the Driver that will be delivering your pet to you on the day of delivery, however some bookings require multiple drivers. If you are having trouble contacting a driver on the number provided it may be that driver has not started his part of the trip and the phone is off. Please contact the office and they can arrange an update for you.
Our drivers are not in a position to respond to general enquiries, provide quotes or take new bookings and their phones are only used during their relevant runs and are turned off in between. Each driver only has your booking details from the start date of his/her run. Prior to the start of the run you will need to contact the office with any enquiries or changes.
